Through this service, we collect and aggregate data to report consumer spending patterns based on values and race, ensuring transparent insights into how dollars circulate within communities.

By accessing or using TargetFast.org, including its classified ads, forums, data reports, and other services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“TOU”). These terms govern your engagement with TargetFast.org, its data aggregation tools, and its business ranking systems powered by FotM Global.

If you do not agree with these terms or any future modifications, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing this agreement periodically to remain informed of any updates.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR USE

Certain sections of TargetFast.org and FotM Global’sservices may be exclusive to businesses, consumers, and organizations committed to conscious spending and economic justice. Acceptance into ranked listings, corporate accountability features, and economic tracking tools is at the sole discretion of the platform administrators.

Nothing in this agreement creates a right of action against TargetFast.org or FotM Global for limiting or denying access to any user.

4. CONTENT & DATA REPORTING

User Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for any content (including listings, ads, reviews, or forum posts) that you create or share.
• If TargetFast.org or FotM Global assists in publishing content, you remain responsible for ensuring its accuracy and compliance with our guidelines.
• You waive any claims against FotM Global regarding the use of images, business listings, or personal data in aggregate economic reporting.

Data Aggregation & Reporting:

• TargetFast.org, in partnership with FotM Global, aggregates real-time consumer spending data to produce reports on business impact, conscious spending trends, and racial equity in economic activity.
• No individual transaction details will ever be sold.
• Data is anonymized and used solely for corporate accountability, consumer education, and conscious spending advocacy.

Third-Party Links & Accountability:

• The platform may contain links to external sites. TargetFast.org and FotM Global do not control, verify, or endorse external content.
• Users assume full responsibility when interacting with third-party services.

5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, TRANSACTIONS & CORPORATE ACCOUNTABILITY

• Businesses and organizations listed on TargetFast.org may be ranked based on their commitment to conscious spending and racial equity.
• Any business found to exploit marginalized communities, engage in discrimination, or violate fair economic practices may be flagged or removed from the platform.
• Corporate Accountability Reports will be published using consumer spending data, ensuring transparency for conscious consumers.

Users acknowledge that business rankings and accountability insights are based on real-world data and are not subject to dispute or appeal.

6. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY PROTECTION

TargetFast.org and FotM Global are committed to consumer privacy and transparency.

By using this platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection of aggregate spending data, including:

• Purchasing patterns based on economic behavior.
• Merchant interactions through directory engagement.

What is NOT collected or sold:

• No individual transactions will ever be sold.
• No personal banking or financial details (e.g., credit card numbers, account information) will be stored, shared, or sold.

Your rights:

• You may opt out of aggregated reporting by adjusting your privacy settings.

7. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & PROHIBITED CONTENT

• Spam, fraudulent listings, or predatory business practices.
• Hate speech, harassment, or defamatory statements against businesses or individuals.

Users found violating these guidelines may face account suspension, removal from the platform, or legal action.

8. TRANSACTIONS & BUSINESS LISTINGS

• Businesses listed on TargetFast.org must meet minimum transparency standards, including clear policies on racial equity, supplier diversity, and fair labor practices.
• Business listings may be reviewed, ranked, or removed based on consumer spending data.
• Failure to comply with transparency guidelines may result in flagging, ranking adjustments, or removal from the directory.

9. CORPORATE FRIENDS & ECONOMIC JUSTICE PARTNERS

Businesses that actively support racial equity, economic justice, and conscious consumerism may be recognized as Corporate Friends of the Movement.

To qualify, businesses must:

• Demonstrate supplier diversity, equitable hiring, and reinvestment in underserved communities.
• Align with consumer-driven accountability reports.
• Participate in corporate transparency initiatives with FotM Global and TargetFast.org.

Businesses failing to meet these standards may be flagged for review and public accountability reporting.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

• TargetFast.org and FotM Global provide services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• Users engage with the platform at their own risk, acknowledging that rankings, data reports, and economic insights are based on real consumer behavior.
• TargetFast.org and FotM Global are not liable for business outcomes, investment decisions, or financial impacts resulting from economic reports.
• In no event shall FotM Global, TargetFast.org, or their affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage.

11. TERMINATION & ENFORCEMENT

TargetFast.org and FotM Global reserve the right to:

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LEGAL DISCLAIMER

By using TargetFast.org and FotM Global’s services, you agree to the following:
